Terms and Conditions

The Payment service is provided by Netmedia Solutions LLC, a company incorporated under the laws of the United States of America, with its registered office in 16192 Coastal Highway, Lewes, Delaware.

The Merchant is anyone subscribing to our payment service suite.

The Merchant submitting our online form and pay the Payment platform fees, accepts the following terms and conditions:

1. The payment are processed on behalf of the Merchant.
2. The Merchant is solely liable for any taxation under his own country of incorporation.
3. The fees anyhow paid to Netmedia are intended for the software integration, handling of the transactions and payouts, front end integration.
4. Netmedia has a grace period od up to 15 working days to process the monthly payouts.
5. The minimum amount of the payout is set by the Merchant but cannot be under 250 Euro/USD/GBP or equivalent value in other currencies
6. Netmedia is not liable in any case for any consequence toward Merchant’s Clients, like products sold, delivery, Customer satisfaction.
7. Each and any request shall be submitted only through revolutionpayment.com Support Area.
8. In case of downtime of the Payment Platform, Netmedia is not liable for any loss due to unavailability of the payment processing service.
