The Payment service is provided by Netmedia Solutions LLC, a company incorporated under the laws of the United States of America, with its registered office in 16192 Coastal Highway, Lewes, Delaware.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Merchant is anyone subscribing to our payment service suite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Merchant submitting our online form and pay the Payment platform fees, accepts the following terms and conditions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. The payment are processed on behalf of the Merchant.<\/li>
  2. The Merchant is solely liable for any taxation under his own country of incorporation.<\/li>
  3. The fees anyhow paid to Netmedia are intended for the software integration, handling of the transactions and payouts, front end integration.<\/li>
  4. Netmedia has a grace period od up to 15 working days to process the monthly payouts.<\/li>
  5. The minimum amount of the payout is set by the Merchant but cannot be under 250 Euro\/USD\/GBP or equivalent value in other currencies<\/li>
  6. Netmedia is not liable in any case for any consequence toward Merchant’s Clients, like products sold, delivery, Customer satisfaction.<\/li>
  7. Each and any request shall be submitted only through revolutionpayment.com Support Area.<\/li>
  8. In case of downtime of the Payment Platform, Netmedia is not liable for any loss due to unavailability of the payment processing service.<\/li><\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
